HERoic Tracks is a strategic partnership composed of 8 organizations from 7 countries (SE,AT, BG,FR, IT, LT, SI). The project consortium unites a diverse network of partners, including organizations specializing in adult education, community development, employment support, career guidance, and social innovation.
This European alliance is dedicated to creating impactful programs that empower women with migration backgrounds, ensuring their successful integration through tailored tools, methodologies, and capacity-building initiatives. Together, we aim to foster a more inclusive society, harnessing the collective expertise of partners from across Europe.

Orient Express – Counselling, educational and cultural initiative for women
is a feminist, anti-racist as well as politically and religiously independent association. It comprises a women’s counselling centre, a learning centre, a coordination centre against forced marriage and kinship violence as well as two anonymous protection shelters for women. The organisation has been active in non-formal education for structurally disadvantaged women with migration history over 30 years. Since 2014, Orient Express offers basic education courses for women with a focus on literacy, numeracy, digital skills and German as a second language, funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). As a feminist organisation, we focus on expanding the scope of action of women with a migration history on a private and social level. Our work is characterised by a holistic view of the individual, social and financial situation of clients and learners. Our aim is to develop educational offers and to promote participation in social, political and cultural life.

With roots dating back to 1921 and officially established in 1997, Ljudska univerza Celje is a public institution for adult education in Slovenia. It offers lifelong learning opportunities through a variety of formal and non-formal programs, including language courses, workshops on accounting, communication, and personal development, and computer skills training. The institution emphasizes personal and professional growth, striving to adapt to advancements in education.
Ljudska univerza Celje is actively engaged in projects like CERV, Erasmus+, and national initiatives, enhancing skills for participants and fostering professional development for staff. Through a commitment to quality education, community engagement, and continuous improvement, it has become a leading center for adult education in a dynamic and interconnected world.

Business Foundation for Education: Established in 2005, the Business Foundation for Education is a Bulgarian non-governmental organization dedicated to serving the public interest. Its mission is to promote civil society development through initiatives that enhance human resource competitiveness and support economic growth and prosperity.

Co&So is a consortium of cooperatives located in Florence, Italy, which includes 14 cooperatives working in the social, educational, cultural and tourism field. Co&So has 31 employees who provide services to the associated cooperatives, the main services are: administration, monitoring the calls and submitting tenders mostly on public procurement, offering European opportunities in order to promote innovation in the cooperatives in terms of improving employees’ competences and services, quality certification, communication.
All together the staff working in the associated cooperatives is more than 5400 professionals and the annual income of Co&So is about €60.000.000 which is composed by the services provided by all the cooperatives. In Co&so there is a special office working just on European funding with very skilled staff who has more than 20 years of experience.
Six of Co&So’s associated cooperatives manage services for migrants, refugees and asylum seekers. These cooperatives are located in the territories of Florence, Arezzo, Pistoia, Pescia, Lucca, Prato, Pisa, Livorno, Siena and Capannori with over 520 qualified employees involved in 125 services, including reception centres and integration services managed on behalf of public bodies.
Based in Florence, Italy, Co&So is a consortium of 14 cooperatives operating in the social, educational, cultural, and tourism sectors. With 31 core employees, it provides services such as administration, public tender management, European funding opportunities, quality certification, and communication to its associated cooperatives. The consortium supports over 5,400 professionals and generates an annual income of approximately €60 million.
A dedicated European funding office with over 20 years of expertise drives innovation within the consortium. Notably, six associated cooperatives manage migrant, refugee, and asylum seeker services across various regions, employing 520 qualified staff and delivering 125 services, including reception centers and integration initiatives for public bodies.

Based in Austria, E.N.T.E.R. is a European network with 289 member organizations across 35 countries. Its mission is to create a network that links EU project results with the demand for innovative solutions, promoting the dissemination and sustainable use of these results. Currently, the network has 470 European projects registered.
E.N.T.E.R. also offers EU project management training for adults, covering areas such as application procedures, quality management, dissemination, and reporting across programs like ERASMUS+, CREATIVE EUROPE, and CERV. It regularly organizes transnational conferences and publishes policy papers on EU education topics.
